I would like to take this opportunity to commend your Loan Officer, Bill Fuson.
Bill has worked with many of my customers to secure mortgages for them. He has always considered their whole financial picture when matching them to the loan that is right for their personal situation. He assesses the short-term and long-term benefits for them and has never put someone in a loan that wasn’t in their best interest.

Along with being extremely knowledgeable about loan products, Bill always keeps me aware of the changes in the stock market and how it affects mortgage rates. He emails me a newsletter weekly that helps to break down complex market issues into simpler terms that I can understand and pass along to my customers. This is crucial information for customers deciding on when to lock their interest rate. He advises them as if it were his own loan, not basing his advice on what he will make from the loan.

The final quality I want to elaborate on is Bill’s willingness to communicate with my customers and his timely communications with me. Way too many lenders don’t take this most important aspect of the business seriously nor are they as dedicated to being sure the customer and the Realtor are informed. Bill thoroughly explains to buyers what is going on with their loan every step of the way.

Bill’s communication skills, knowledge of loan products and sincere desire to match his customers with the right loans are what make him a true professional. There are very few people in the mortgage loan industry that I recommend and trust fully - Bill Fuson is one of those few.
